Introduction

"Morgan" was a vintage gay porn star from the early 1980s.  He performed in three solo scenes and threes gay scenes (along with associated photo shoots that appeared in magazines promoting his scenes).

In his three gay scenes, Morgan showed himself to be versatile, deep-throating cock, getting sucked himself, and fucking. But the standout scenes show him to be a very enthusiastic bottom, posturing himself for easy accessibility and for the deepest penetration, which he clearly loved.

Virtually nothing is known about Morgan because his real name has never been revealed.  His six scenes all seem to have come out in 1982-83. He did two solos and two gay scenes with Magnum Griffin and YMAC (his second gay scene, Meter Man #2, was apparently the last of the 8mm film loops from Magnum Griffin--it was numbered 52 in their long-running series).  William Higgins recruited him for his own studio Laguna Pacific, and Morgan did one solo (for Strictly for Ladies Only) and one gay scene for The Best Little Warehouse in L.A. The production date for The Best Little Warehouse in L.A. was August 20, 1982, and the film was released the following year. But that is Morgan's last known appearance.

There are unverified rumors that 1) he died or 2) his death was faked because his father found he was doing porn and forced him to quit.  William Higgins has said:  "He went up on Big Bear Mountain with his family and he told his father, 'Stop the car, I'm going to take a piss.' He opened the door and he stepped off the side of the mountain and was killed." (quoted from the entry for Morgan at the Gay Erotic Video Index). But this statement has been disputed as a cover story. There are no death records for a young man of the appropriate age during 1983-84 in San Bernardino County, California. (One presumes that Morgan was eighteen when he started doing porn in 1982, so he must have been born in 1963 or 1964.) The entry for Morgan at the Internet Adult Film Database gives a death date of October 9, 1983, but in the details merely repeats various rumors.  The California Death Index shows that no one born between 1960-1966 died in San Bernardino County on October 9, 1983.

So the mystery remains.
